Since some (or all) of the people i live with cant keep little tounges from wagging, thought I would just own up and sayI have fallen off the wagon with the smoking a few times the last couple of weeks.
So yes Im a failiure and basicly crap. No excuses to be given really.
So whoever the bugger is telling tales can now quit talking bout it to the family.

A few times isn't bad anyway - it's still impressive.
Mate as long as your not smoking 40 a day again, one here or there is fine. As long as you are aiming to give up. I have not heard any wispers anyway.
Ah well feel a bit better just telling "the family" anyways. Feel bit shit I fell off the wagon and bit embarrassed I let you down which is why i didnt want people to know. Ah well, almost quit it all but the odd one or two still get me now and then
at least you aint as grumpy as you were when you 1st started ;) - 1 or 3 aint that bad :D
