ca va?

went to see Miami vice on Friday with James and Ben and j,- got one of the unlimited passes too :D Film was ok - entertaining, lots of beautiful people, fast cars/boats/planes, violent but storyline was weak.
then went to Q's for a drink, Ben and J then went to Moda, seeing as tho I wasn't pissed like a fart (what does that REALLY mean!) I (and James) decided to head off to our respective homes. I stayed up until Yvette came in, she was out with the girls.

Saturday I took my car to get MOT and bought a pair of Oakleys as legends is closing in chelts- someone bought them out and closing it down! barstewards!

Saturday night I cooked dinner for Yvette (1st time for everything) and then watched King Kong. Yvette liked it (I had seen it before)

Sunday Ben came over and we watched the sopranos Sharpe had a lovely roast cooked by Yvette and the best bit - we watched Hearts beat Celtic :D

and back to work this morning - almost in a crash, some young prick decided not to stop at the mini roundabout at park campus and decided to keep going - luckily my cat like reflexes made me stop and then my anger reflexes made me shout abuse at the petrified wanker.

I fell into the whole unlimited pass thing and signed up for a year and thought it was ace but it has serveral problems...

You have to see 3 films a month to actually make the £120 a year worthwhile. During summer this is ok, but in darker months not many new films are in the cinemas and useually crap.

You also cant pre book tickets with unlimited pass. wank if you want to see big blockbusters although this might have changed.... some have, but even then you can only book 1 seat at a time and so if cinmea has placed seating you cant sit together.

I always preferred Cult Clothing to Legends, is that still open? Also it had rather hunky looking sales staff I seem to remember...and nice clothes of course...

I had a rather embarrasing encounter in Legends when I waved at a sales assistant to get his attention because I wanted to try something on, turns out he was already looking at me, he just had a very wonky eye that made him look like he wasn't! Oh dear, cue much embarrasment!

the cinema thing i agree totally sparks, has it + and -.

as for cult - well it has moved to a massive store next to boots - and has gone wank. it used to be a few items of one style and thats it - to try to stay exclusive - now every man and dog has the same clothes on as people all shop there - apart from James as nothing fits him
