I'm in agony, and have been since Sunday.
It all started innocently in the shower. Then after washing my balls I grabbed my towel for the drying off part of cleaning yourself. When I lifted the towel over my head to dry my back something cracked.
Since then I've had the worst pain just to the bottom left of my right shoulder blade - can't sit, can't lay down, can't Tug Of War.
Not seeing the Doctor til tomorrow morning and then I expect that I'll be referred to Physio who's waiting list is probably 5 weeks long :o(
I'm just gonna have to tough it out, like a man.
Anyone had similar or got any tips?

try to keep offending arm still - like if it was in a sling. i guess i dont actually know.
Dont play Tug O war?
It's my right arm. Which I use a lot...for stuff...
I don't really play Tug O War Tosh, I was just embellishing the story!

I dunno since my neck ache (broken neck I like to think)took about 4 days to go, one of those days was extremely painful since I still tried to play badminton with it the day before. Sounds painful tho, keep us informed!!
Ok since i have a certificate for first aid i suggest the following, can be remembered easierly as RICE
REST the injured part
ICE apply to injured part
COMPRESS the injury
ELOVATE the injured part
but it should be in the order ICER but thats not as cool as RICE, but tosh was right get a sling and rest it until the doctor has a look.
You may end up with a shoulder like mine, in the morning it hurts like hell for 20 mins sounds like a bag of marbles and crunches like hell, after that it is alright. My party piece id just to make it crunch on demand :)
