Was the BLOG for the CGCHE Old Skool, a daytime TV view of their lives today, or what they did yesterday and only if they can be arsed to Blog it. But they are mostly lazy so sorry if it is mostly empty but Tosh and Ben do their best to keep it going

I dont now how this is good for you I feel completely washed out.
Doc says Im experiancing high dependance withdrawl since I smoked so heavy I have a high nicotine dependancy.
Withdrawls include Stiffness, rash, stomach cramps, aching joints, shortness of breath, coughing, lethargy - in more extreem cases stomach ulcers, mouth ulcers uncontrolable sneezing.
Psychologically the paitent feels depressed, non confromative, reluctant, lethargic, can not eat or sleep properly so becomes tired and irratable. More extreem cases can feel exclusion from peers and family.
